Director of Client Services
I genuinely like solving problems for people. Usually I use whatever tools I can find. My brain. A calculator. The talented and collaborative marketing team around me. But never real tools. I lose those, and they usually hurt me.
As Director of Client Services at ZGM, and a partner in the agency, I am the strategic lead on many ZGM clients, allowing me to solve marketing problems in and out of the agency. I got my start in the agency world in the mid ‘90s at Parallel Strategies and also had the opportunity to work client side—something I firmly believe all agency people should do at some point in their career. When I’m not creating marketing plans or experiences that meet the business needs of my clients, I’m finding new ways to make ZGM a great place to work.
